I take one tablet after lunch and another after dinner. I was concerned about my high triglyceride levels from health check-ups, but I was astonished to see improvements after starting the Omega-3 supplement. Additionally, perhaps because it thins my blood, my sensitivity to cold has increased, and my hands and feet feel much warmer.

Some people claim that fish oil supplements are ineffective due to oxidation. However, I believe this is a misconception. I eat mackerel and salmon occasionally, but I find it easier to take supplements daily to enhance my muscle training. Since I started, I’ve noticed that my hands and feet are no longer cold even when resting, and my blood circulation feels stable. While it’s somewhat pricey, the balance of EPA and DHA seems ideal and resistant to oxidation, making it the best omega-3 that one can’t solely get from fish.
